What’s it like?
A series of exercises that look to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness. The perfect way to relax from a long day of lectures and seminars.
What do I need?
No equipment is required to participate. Students are more than welcome to bring their own mats however these will be provided. All students are expected to wear clothing suitable to participate in the activity.
When and Where is it?
These sessions will begin as of the 6th of May – 2nd of June 2017
Monday 7:00-8:00 pm at John Foster Hall
Tuesday 7:00-8:00 pm at Opal Court Common Room
Saturday 12:15-1:15 pm at Nixon Court Common Room
How much is it?
The session is free to attend by all students. No student sports card is required to participate in the activity.
